Artistic  Approach

My professional life began in 1970 with teaching. This life seemed simple but my passion for philosophies made it more complicated.

In 1985, I left by sailingboat from Saint Malo to Nouméa for a 7 year adventure with many breaks.

During this period European values and social requirements didn’t apply.

It was the best way to learn to think in a different way.

But the road is not an escape. Perpetual travel doesn’t allows us build anything. The space freed up by my nomadic way of life was filled with thoughts that became heavy, as I couldn’t express them.

Being on the road did not allow me to share my ideas and communicate.

I felt the need to go back home and drop anchor.

After selfcar  and meditation, out of the blue, I met the right person, I learnt to weave.

The mixture was between my family textile heritage and my philosophy took place, weaving became the expression of my feelings.
